Interior & Exterior Window Washing
All of our work is done by hand. We do not use water fed poles or pressure washers to clean your windows. Our operation begins inside your home. Working one room at a time to minimize disruption, we service each window by first moving furniture and valuables out of harms way. Using a drop cloth at all times, we open each window, unlatch screens, clean the window-sill, and remove and dust mullions if applicable. Then, by hand, we apply our gentle solution with soft cotton applicators, scrape for any paint or hard debris, re-apply the solution, and remove it with squeegees. All runoff is contained and hand dried with soft cotton towels. Once the inside of your home is finished, we take the operation outside and repeat the process, servicing each window by hand, using ladders to gain access where necessary. We hand wash screens and re-install them in their respective windows.

To wrap things up, we make sure all furniture and accessories are back in place. We ensure that all screens are re-attached and your windows and doors are locked. Finally, we inspect every window and correct anything we might have missed. We are finished when we have done our best to achieve perfection.
  
Storm Window Cleaning
Some older homes have storm windows, and we are familiar with all styles and are adept at cleaning them. We typically clean them at their respective window using the same methods as above, and re-install.
   
Interior & Exterior Light Fixture, Chandelier, and Ceiling Fan Cleaning
While we are at your home cleaning your windows, why not have us put a sparkle in your light fixtures? We specialize in cleaning hard to reach chandeliers and fans, hand washing using our gentle solution and replacing burned out light bulbs. And we can make your exterior light fixtures come alive with a good cleaning!

Gutter Cleaning
Smooth, unclogged gutters are the first step in avoiding costly water damage to your home. We can inspect and hand clean your gutters to ensure proper draining. Debris is bagged and taken off-site for disposal…not left on the ground. While we are cleaning the inside of your gutters, we can hand wash the exterior. Since we will have outside access to all of your windows and doors, there is no better time to have us inspect for and repair gaps in caulking, which if left in disrepair can lead to expensive water damage.
